Song of Solomon 2:10 & 13, Revelation 22:17 & 20
1 Thessalonians 4:16-17, Psalm 22:3
Jesus Christ is coming soon! Are you ready for His appearing in the sky? 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18. He is coming back sooner than you think! He is coming back sooner than many in the church think! And the world knows Him not! For had they truly known Him and His great unfathomable love, they would serve Him. Why is much of the church in the mess that she is in? Because so “many” are compromising, and love themselves more than they love Jesus Christ and His Holy Word. Matthew 7:13-14. Our Lord wants a 100% devotion to Him. He says He wants us to be cold or hot. And to those who are neither cold nor hot, that He said He would spue these lukewarm out of His Mouth! Revelation 3:14-22.
When I was ministering from God’s Holy Word from Song of Solomon, the Lord made His coming back for His true bride very real to me! As I read Song of Solomon chapter 2, His words “COME AWAY” in verses 10 and 13 came out at me by His Holy Spirit! And He led me to two verses at the end of the Holy Bible, in Revelation 22, verses 17 & 20. Verse 17 says “And The Spirit and the bride say, COME. And let him that hears say COME.” And verse 20 says “He (meaning Jesus) which testifies these things saith, Surely I COME quickly. Amen. Even so, COME, Lord Jesus.” This last section is our response! Just like Solomon, meaning Jesus Christ.. and His love, meaning the true bride of Christ, who is found ready, for she is holy, without spot, without blemish and without wrinkle! Both the Holy Spirit and the bride will bear witness saying “Even so Lord Jesus come!” The Holy Spirit quickened those words of “Come away My Beloved” as Jesus Christ speaking to us now to call us upward! He said in Matthew 24 that no man, no angel, knows the day nor the hour… only God Himself. But when the time is right both the Holy Spirit and the bride, will bear witness saying “Even so, Lord Jesus come!”
The following Sunday instead of reading all of Song of Solomon Chapter 2, I just recapped those two key verses 10 & 13. This time in those two verses His Spirit made the words “ARISE,” and “RISE UP” come alive!! These words came out at me!! Verse 10 “My beloved spake, and said to me, RISE UP, My love, My fair one, and come away.”
Then in verse 13 it says again “ARISE, My love, My fair one, and come away.” He was using the very same 2 verses again to bear witness to me, that His Return is soooooo imminent! He then led me to the scriptures about the catching away of the Bride in 1st Thessalonians 4:13-17, noting in verse 16 “For the Lord Himself shall descend from Heaven with a shout, with the voice of the Archangel, and with the Trump of God, and the dead in Christ shall RISE first. Then we which are alive and remain shall be CAUGHT UP (same meaning) together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.” The Holy Spirit is speaking to us that our Lord Jesus Christ will be soon calling us home!
We must not be sleeping, being unprepared like those 5 foolish virgins! Rather we must have our lamps trimmed! We have got to be ready by having a deep & close relationship with Jesus Christ! We must walk in His love and with His forgiveness from our hearts in order to see Him and live with Him! See Hebrews 12:14, Matthew 6:12-15, Matthew 18:21 to especially v.35, Mark 11:20-26, 2 Corinthians 2:10-11 & Ephesians 5:27, 31-33.
And right now I hear Him say “Be ye therefore found ready, for the Son of man comes at an hour that ye think not!” The reference of that prophetic Word is found in Matthew 24 where Jesus tells us what it will be like in the end, which is now! He has told so many vessels of God that are so close to Him, that He is coming back sooner than people think!
Yes! He, the Lord Jesus Christ is coming back for His bride who has made herself ready! She is without spot, without blemish and without wrinkle. She is like the five wise virgins. See Matthew 25:1-13. He Jesus Christ alone, is her first love. There are no other gods besides Him. She, (meaning we) love Him, Jesus Christ more than our mother, our father, our spouse, our children, and yes, we even love Him more than we love ourselves. When I had my first child, I sincerely said to God “I don’t understand why I should love You more than I should love my child” He answered me saying “When you love Me more than you love your child, then the love for your child will not be a selfish love. And when you love Me more than you love your child, then your child cannot manipulate you. Luke 14:26-27.
In Psalm 22:3 we are told how our Heavenly Father inhabits the praises of His people. Think about it, when a daughter so loves and admires her father, she just wants to jump into his arms and be held by her daddy. That father cherishes his beloved daughter. She tells him how much she loves him, and glees over him. That father cannot do enough for his precious daughter, He is so taken by her love for him. It is the same with our relationship with our Heavenly Father, that our precious Lord and Saviour made possible! Jesus Himself says to you “Come away My beloved and bask in My Presence. Allow Me to envelope you with My Love.” The Song of Solomon chapter 2 is about the Love of Jesus Christ for His bride, the true and living Church. And it is about the love of the true bride who has made herself ready for her true love Jesus Christ. Solomon here represents our Lord Jesus Christ. We need to have a genuinely deep and spiritually intimate relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ.
There is no room for compromise in our walk with our Lord Jesus Christ. So many preachers have made a mockery of the gospel, the pure Word of God. 2 Corinthians 2:14-17. Many are lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God. 1 Timothy 3. And in Matthew 15-13-14, Jesus spoke saying “Every plant, which My Heavenly Father has not planted, shall be rooted up. Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.” Jesus plainly said in Matthew 7 that you will know them by their fruit, meaning their character. Many will say to Him Lord! Lord! But will not enter into the Kingdom of Heaven. For Jesus stated there in Matthew 7:21-23 “Not everyone who says Lord, Lord, shall enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but he that does the Will of My Father which is in Heaven. Many will say to Me on that day Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Thy Name? And in Thy Name cast out devils? And in Thy Name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess to them, I never knew you: depart from Me, ye that work iniquity, (who act wickedly, disregarding My Commands.)
Make sure you know Him personally as your Lord and Saviour. And walk in His will if you love Him. For Jesus Himself said in John 14:15 “If you love Me, keep My Commandments.” Jesus also said in Luke 6:46 “Why do you call Me, Lord, Lord, but do not the things which I say?“
Make a genuine commitment to Him today. God’s Word tells us in 1 John 2:1–6 “My little children, these things write I unto you, that you sin not. And if any man sin, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ, the Righteous: and He is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world. And hereby we do know that we know Him, if we keep His Commandments. He that says, I know Him, and keepeth not His Commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoever keeps His Word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in Him. He that saith, he abides in Him, ought himself also so to walk, even as He walked.”
Beloved, “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar and His Word is not in us.” 1 John 1:9-10.
Surrender your life to God while you can, as no one is promised tomorrow. And we are not saved by our good deeds, lest anyone should boast. We are saved by the price Jesus Christ paid for you on the cross. Ephesians 2 8-9.
Today is your day to make the right choice in surrendering your life to Him and declaring to God, as Jesus Christ Himself did in the garden of Gethsemane “Not My will, but Thine be done” in Matthew 26:39, 42 & 44. Just know that He who has begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ. Philippians 1:6. Finally, like Jesus exhorts us in Matthew 6:41. “Watch and pray that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” He tells us “Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.” Matthew 24:42.
He which testifies these things saith, “Surely I come quickly.”
“Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.”
